vjl Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to vjl. These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") apply to all users of the vjl platform, accessible at vjl.vin and through the vjl Android application. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on vjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

vjl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on vjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. vjl does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming transactions.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. Withdrawals are processed back to the same local payment channel used for deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification — accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal limits applied or be held pending document submission.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the account cashier section.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster withdrawal processing and higher limits.

vjl monitors activity on the platform for unusual patterns. Accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules may be suspended, closed, and any balance held pending investigation.

These general Terms govern the use of all promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise. vjl's total liability to any player shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant claim.

vjl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in cases where:

• A player has violated these Terms in any way.
• The account shows evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Identity verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at a player's request and no violations are present, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of vjl that cannot be resolved through support should be raised in writing to vjl at [email protected]. vjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter shall be subject to applicable dispute resolution processes under Philippine law.
